Western Art & Mercantile is located in three spaces: The Old Fire Bay at the Genoa Town Office (next to the Historic Town Hall), at the Genoa Volunteer Fire Station and in the Mormon Station State Park — all locations are open during normal festival hours.

RUBY ROSE COWGIRL CLOTHES, located inside the Genoa Volunteer Fire Station, is the Official Genoa Cowboy Festival logo wear merchandise partner.
